Stephen Eric Paulo 2010-03-23	Hope Land Executive Serviced Apt., Sukhumvit Road, Soi 24 This is the second time I have stayed at Hope Land. The apartments are of a very good standard. Like before, the only complaint I have relates to the breakfast which I still believe is not up to the standard of the hotel. Example would be the rubber eggs that are kept warm in a server while other hotels cook your eggs in front of you on request.	No problems ... very efficient

Stephen Paulo 2009-10-21	Hope Land Executive Serviced Apt., Sukhumvit Road, Soi 24 Had a one bedroom apartment. Could not faulter the accomodation, it was fantastic. I was disappointed with the breakfast because of such things as the bacon was not crispy but seemed like it had been steamed and the eggs were not cooked in front of you as many hotels do, they were left to keep warm in a food warmer which made them rubbery. If they improved their breakfast selection this would be a A1 place to stay. The staff were friendly and always very cooperative.	Sawadee was its usual self .. FANTASTIC
Anja Wir 2009-02-14	Hope Land Executive Serviced Apt., Sukhumvit Road, Soi 24 Stayed there for two nights, room was ok (i.e. clean and tidy) but would need some decoration, especially the bath room. I presume we stayed in the old part of the hotel complex. We saw bigger rooms (suites) which looked nicer and in better shape. Anyway, the price was reasonable, the location excellent for shopping. We would come again.	Excellent, efficient and easy to use. As always!

Henk 2008-12-12	Hope Land Executive Serviced Apt., Sukhumvit Road, Soi 24 See comment on booking service.	Unfortunately due to unforeseen reasons I could not make it. I contacted sawasdee.com (on the day I was supposed to check in) and explained the situation expecting to hear that I had lost my money (as per procedure). To my great surprise I was informed that the total amount paid could be used for future bookings. In case a refund was required a cancellation charge of 1 night per booking period would be applied. Excellent service again !
David 2008-11-18	Hope Land Executive Serviced Apt., Sukhumvit Road, Soi 24 Hotel is well located, near Sky Train, has good appearance, but we had a room in another adjacent building. The room was quite nice but little. What was disappointing is that they tried to make us pay an early check in. Breakfast was ok and staff helpful.	Very good as always.
Eric Donald Ramstetter 2008-10-07	Hope Land Executive Serviced Apt., Sukhumvit Road, Soi 24 This was a very nice serviced apartment, which at the Sawasdee.com price was a very good value. It is very conveniently located, the staff were very helpful but not intrusive, the room & facilities were quite nice, and I liked the simple breakfasts with lots of veggies and fruit.	Sawasdee.com service was very good as always.
Goh Hong Hai 2008-06-12 until 2008-06-13	Hope Land Executive Serviced Apt., Sukhumvit Road, Soi 24 Had a nice stay here. Receptionists were very friendly and courteous, service with a smile. Hotel room size is adequate, modern and clean. Breakfast quite nice. Good rate and good service. I will definitely stay there again.	Photos of the hotel decor are real and genuine as per website.
