Sajnani.Manish 2010-07-22	Pinnacle Lumpinee Hotel, Rama IV Road It was very sad to see their behavior towards clients who have booked the rooms through websites at cheaper rates compared to at their counters. Rooms were very very old. Staff not pleasant. Overall would never recommend this hotel.	very prompt. they confirmed the booking in like 15 min as i had to check in the very same day.
Martin Willem Schmid 2010-05-06	Pinnacle Lumpinee Hotel, Rama IV Road The Pinnacle Lumpinee is not bad, but their standard rooms are too small and in our room the aircon wasnt working so we had to change room and the drain in the bathroom was clogged.... Good service, but I would recommend the Forum Park hotel instead. Sathorn area, starting at only 1100 for large refurbished rooms. RES24ASIA.COM was as efficient as ever.	Booking with RES24ASIA.COM was smooth as usual, will always book with them again. Fast service and great rates.
Craig Pope 2010-03-18	Pinnacle Lumpinee Hotel, Rama IV Road The staff were rather un friendly and did not seem to communicate with each other. It can t be hard to smile once in awhile. The door staff were friendly but the sightseeing advisor had no advice to give and couldn t help us at all. Most times when we walked past his office he was asleep.

People are helpful and friendly. I would recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok. Nearer to the MRT station is a plus point	Very helpful and fast response. Strongly recommended.
