Royal Asia Lodge, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 08 Nice hotel, very pleasant stay. Great neighborhood. Away for noise and traffic. Pool, was very dirty, but that is minor. Staff was very friendly except for front desk. Rude at times and they act like they are doing you a favor. However, I will stay here again next time. Great value and great location in Sumkumvit. |
Booking was fast and convenient. Great information on hotels. Will use again. |

Royal Asia Lodge, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 08 This was the second time we had stayed at the hotel during our trip. The rooms need repairs, the pool is dirty and super clorinated. The staff had told us we could do a late check out until our transfer arived then when we asked about it they said no we had to be out of the room. I would not reccommend this place. |

Royal Asia Lodge, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 08 The daytime recptionist at Royal Asia Lodge was the coldest, unfriendliest, most unwelcoming receptionist I have ever experienced in 40 years of worldwide travel!! She seemed annoyed at the mere presence of guests at the front desk. If management believes first impressions are important, they should fire her. The hotel was clean, but shabby and run-down. TV sets were 1970s vintage. Spend a few bucks more and go to Salil or Citadines, near Royal Asia. Both are very good. |
Excellent and responsive as usual! |

Royal Asia Lodge, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 08 Quiet location. Little bit disapointed about the breakfast. Time for breakfast was 07:00 to 11:00 but when I came there at 10:30 everything was finished. Will not go back. |

Yes, we checked out on 20th of July, but before we checked out we had made another booking for 25th of July (one day only)and paid on line. More than 48hrs have passed, we have not received any reply yet from Royal Asia Lodge. We are waiting for the booking confirmation. |

Royal Asia Lodge, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 08 Friendly and helpful staff. Clean enough for a quick stop-over. Wouldn t have stayed for 2 weeks but if you land in Bangkok and have to stay over for the night then you can get a good quiet nights sleep just away from the main road. Also they are not angling for you to sling your hook as early as possible which helps with the jet lag. All in all I have no complaints at all. Thanks |

Royal Asia Lodge, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 08 easily he best value for money in BKK in my opinion. very nice room, good breakfast, friendly staff, good location, free wi-fi in the room, all for 999/night internet booking, try beat that anywhere else for a quality hotal. only down side, its about 800m from Suk so either walk or take the free shuttle. the shuttle is sometimes a bit slow coming at night, but reallyt not a big deal overall. |
