carrie 2010-07-30	Studio99 Serviced Apartment, City, Thapae Soi 3 friendly receptionist. spacious bedroom and living room with a small balcony. clean and modern. There is an open kitchen with the basic utensils. you can cook if you like. you can even choose to stay for a week or a month. close to night bazaar. reasonable price. would recommend to anyone who is looking for high standard apartment at a budget price! it s a pity there s no internet.	efficient. from booking, payment to confirmation, it took only a few hours. 2nd time I use its service. highly recommend it to anyone!

We were looking for a central hotel when we came across Studio 99 on the internet. Very happy with the choice we made. Lovely large clean unit, very well presented and centrally located. Would highly reccoment.	First time we have ever booked with Sawadee but will not be the last. Excellent service, prompt with receipts amd we got exactly what we asked for.

Danielle Lauren Dunlop 2009-12-18	Studio99 Serviced Apartment, City, Thapae Soi 3 the reception there were so helpful and absolutely wonderful...they made the stay so pleasant! the apartment was beautiful, modern and spacious, with good closet space and good bathrooms (important since we were a group of 4 girls!)the only thing was that there were not enough utensils in the kitchen to cook with for 4 but this didnt really matter as eating out in thailand is so cheap anyway...i really recommend this hotel for anyone who is having a longer stay in chiangmai! ther location was also great about a 10 minute walk from the night markets and lots of bars!	booking service was quick and hassle-free...thanks very much

Was only a few blocks away from the start of the night bazaar. Would stay here again!	Easy and efficient! Have used multiple times now and would certainly use again!

The apartment was well furnished, very comfortable and the service was excellent and staff very welcoming. Whilst its location could be seen as a little out of the way, the peace and quiet was serene. It was an easy walk to Old City and to Night Bazaar precinct. Would highly recommend this place to any traveller staying in Chiang Mai whether for business or travel holidays.	Excellent service and booking. Sawadee.com is the best web based booking agent. Will continue to use Sawadee.com for future holidays in Thailand.
Jamie Cooper 2009-08-31	Studio99 Serviced Apartment, City, Thapae Soi 3 At Studio99 the rooms were exceptionally comfortable and well equipped and incredibly spacious (Think hotel suite!) There is a separate living room with TV and DVD player there was also a well equipped kitchenette with cooking facilities. I believe this property is 2 years old but everything was impeccably clean and modern. Staff were very personable, helpful and genuinely friendly. Location was perfect, situated in a quiet lane just off the main road but still close to everything and the Night Bazaar was under 5 minutes walk. We stayed in some nice hotels during our stay in Thailand but Studio99 definitely was the best in terms of comfort, value for money and location. We can not fault this place.	Great job!! Best service. Keep doing it!!
