Broomhead 2012-05-11	Koh Chang Kacha Resort, White Sand Beach Lovely resort hotel with two great pools.We stayed in one of the big family rooms at the side of the hillside pool, which was spacious and clean. The two bathrooms were a big plus with wife and teenage daughter in our party. Breakfast was good, not outstanding. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We d certainly stay here again.	Very efficient. I like the personal touch with the email communications.
Lena 2012-05-07	Koh Chang Kacha Resort, White Sand Beach I stayed at the cheapest room in a hillside wing and was happy I didnt pay more. The cleaning is really average, they often don t mop the floors. The towels are really old and overused.However, you need to pay for the beach ones if you kept it longer than one day or took an extra. You also have to pay for low speed WIFI and give a deposit for a second key. The wing side doesn t even have a second key idea which caused a lot of problems. The brekkie was disgusting and it took a couple of days for 3 ladies and me to make them put the food labels. The waiters are really slow and you have to go and take the cutlery all by yourself. They even managed to cook thai food badly with a bitter taste(old oil I guess). The only pro is a hillside swimming pool and the people who work there. So, overall the hotel itself is well constructed but the management and the service made me wish call to Sawadee and ask about the refund policy and get out of this hotel.	impeccably good
Derick Boldison 2012-04-23	Koh Chang Kacha Resort, White Sand Beach Ican only give reference to the hillside suites. I found them to spacious,with balcony views overlooking the pool. tastefully decorated,comfortable beds combined with friendly and courtious staff made for a very pleasant stay.	using sawadee is always a pleasure. they provide a profresional service which translates to easy,uncomplecated check-in and check-out arrangements
Wolfgang und Daniela Forth 2012-04-20	Koh Chang Kacha Resort, White Sand Beach Die Beach-Bungalows sind in einem schlechtem Zustand. Das Bett ist extrem hart und bin jeden Morgen von den Schmerzen aufgewacht. Die Dusche ist ohne Druck und nur ein Rinnsal. Laut Aussage von anderen Hotelgästen, ist gegen ein Aufpreis von 600 Bath ein Upgrade im Haupthaus möglich, welches besser sein soll. Nach unserer Ansicht sind die Beach-Bungalows das Geld nicht wert. Wir empfehlen lieber ein anderes Hotel zu wählen.	Very good!!!

Gillian Peace 2012-04-05	Koh Chang Kacha Resort, White Sand Beach We had a lovely 8 day stay at the Kacha resort. lovely swimming pool & kids pool, great location. We upgraded our room however as the room we were allocated was in a poor location and without a balcony as requested. The staff where helpful on arrival and quite cheerful, however as the week went on the staff seemed less helpful and not happy. This was a shame as the resort, location and cleanliness was excellent. We would stay again and we would recommend it, however it would be nice to see the staff happy.	Booking service great, just room allocated wasnt great, we paid the hotel direct for an upgrade instead.

Месторасположение Отличное!Номера Бунгало уютные!Уборка каждый день.Не повезло с соседями которые жили над нами так-как слышимость по ночам очень хорошая а стенки потолка тонкие.Почти каждую ночь до 4-5 утра над нами шла борьба и все скрипело! Для детей завтраки в отеле брать не надо они того не стоят! За все время раковина в номере была забита и вода не уходила В следующий раз завтраки заказывать не будем Вернемся сюда на Новый год!!:)	Службе бронированию огромное СПАСИБО! Все было безупречно !
Stefan Sjöström 2012-04-03	Koh Chang Kacha Resort, White Sand Beach Thx for a 2 very nice 2 weeks at the resort. Good room cleaning and good service. We will gladly recomend this resort for other who stay on Koh Chang. Mabey comming back next year.	Easy and fast. No problem at arrival.
