Krabi Sands Resort, Klong Muang Beach The hotel turned out to be just as expected. The restaurant across the road was OK but rather expensive, especially compared with a little Thai restaurant next door which was about half the price. I think it s fair to say that the absence of the British owner was noticeable. Good points was that it was peaceful and the room and the gardens were lovely. Downside was the dogs and cats scratching away in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner, and the price of food but particularly beer. Reception were helpful. |
Great as usual. |

Krabi Sands Resort, Klong Muang Beach Nice bungalows, but a bit expensive (during peak season). No beach by hotel, about 300 m to walk. Nice staff, trying to do their best The restaurant could nt handle to much people.Rather simple breakfast Free wake up calls every morning about 5 am (muslim minaret beside hotel)!! |
OK! |

Krabi Sands Resort, Klong Muang Beach Really clean and nice feel. Staff were friendly and helpful but the owners seemed above that.It cost £60 per night which in our view was expensive, considering the location, proximity to any town, not directly on beach and value for money down the road. A fair price would be the off season rate but the exchange rate is poor for sterling and good for the euro. Bad news for us brits. |
my first booking and was very informative and easy to use. |

Krabi Sands Resort, Klong Muang Beach Great service and friendly staff. Not a great place for kids though. The restaurant is across a busy road. The beach is rocky and not good for swimming. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great pool. |
Great. |

Krabi Sands Resort, Klong Muang Beach This is an ideal place if you like a small peaceful and friendly resort. Rooms are clean and pleasant and had all we needed. The pool and setting was the outstanding feature. The location is out of town but the staff on receotion were so helpful in arranging trips (for which pick up from the resort was included). The staff kindly allowed us a late check out as we had a late departure - we were there in low season and the room wasn t booked that day. |
Everything went very smoothly with no problems - thanks. |

Krabi Sands Resort, Klong Muang Beach Krabi Sands resort is a real nice place to stay. The rooms and the pool are surrounded by a beautiful garden. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this is the place to be. In the restaurant they serve very nice food. If you are looking for more action you have to go to Ao Nang which is about a 15 minute drive from the resort and it is costing you about 400 bath (one way). For us (a family with 2 children at the age of 6 and 8 years old) a stay of 2 night was sufficient. |
Perfect!!! |
