Service is good & fast, no long waiting for checking in & out. Buffet breakfast is OK. Have big swimming pool and kiddie pool which my family enjoyed during our stay. Located at the very heart of Pattaya s tourists area, few walks to the beach but not immediate to noisy agogo & night clubs. Ideal for family vacation.	First time to use sawasdee s service. I m impressed! Far better than my expectation...

As for one difficult point, wireless LAN only completely overflows capacity. It is connected at midnight, but is not connected very much in the daytime	very good

But the much promissed rennovation does nt impressed my expecting ! Everywhere the management try to save money .The only true reason to book is the central location .

Building on street side, verry noisy. cannot recommand this side. no light switch at the bed. one lamp glass cover missing, wires open!! safety reason!! old furniture (nipa lodge). But hotel staff verry friendly, except breakfast crew.	no problems at check in and check out . you made a great job, verry helpfull. Example late check out , ...!

(means no way to take shower during 7 days ), breakfast terrific, service very good. Need to do something on shower water pressure and tv signal quality .	perfect, efficient, no problems at all
