MAGENDREN RAMAN 2010-05-16	Nova Platinum Hotel, Pattaya Pratumnak Beach Hotel facilities was very good. Not much choice in the cafe. Staff are ok. Location is fine, but found the walking distance to food outlets a bit far. On arrival I was well taken care by one one boy who made sure the facilities were good for me. Thank you.
LEVENT SAYIN 2009-11-11	Nova Platinum Hotel, Pattaya Pratumnak Beach Very good hotel Comfortable and clean rooms,free internet,excellent location,friendly stuff but dont drink water in room .A bottle of water is 100 Baht which is more expensive than beer or cola. I like this hotel just near walkng street.Definitely I will come back again.	perfect as usual
Duchene 2008-05-16 until 2008-05-17	Nova Platinum Hotel, Pattaya Pratumnak Beach Very nice hotel. Everything is new. Not so far from downtown. Staff can be more friendly. But price is maybe a little bit too much.	As usual PERFECT
Denny Robertson 2008-03-15 until 2008-03-17	Nova Platinum Hotel, Pattaya Pratumnak Beach We really enjoyed the hotel; everything is brand new and super modern. The staff are still a bit new but are pleasant. The location is a bit strange on the edge of South Pattaya but the local transport is excellent. No complaints.	Outstanding service in booking and making several changes to reservation.
