Vincenzo 2012-04-19	Baumanburi Resort and Spa, Patong Beach Breakfast staff generally unwelcoming and unfriendly. Appeared lazy and dismissive of guests compared to other hotels that we ve stayed in. Good variety of food but could have been hotter in temperature. Back of hotel had bars that were loud at night time. Front of hotel would have been loud too as Hard Rock just down the road and had live bands playing. Overall good value for money. Good location - 5 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to Jungcelon, next door to Otop markets.	Very good. Easy to use.
Minh Truc Giang Le 2012-03-31	Baumanburi Resort and Spa, Patong Beach This was our seventh trip to phuket and each time we have stayed at a different resort. Baumanburi is located in a good location with walking distance to the beach, Junceloyne the shopping centre & the night life on Bangla Rd. Breakfast was quite average and the same every morning. We stayed in the pool access room. Room size was spacious with a daybed looking out to the pool. Room quality was standard but very clean making it very good value for money. Was nice to jump straight into the pool from our balcony.Pool area is nice with great body spas where u can lie. We travelled with children and their kids pool was great kids loved it. My only compliant was around the pool edges were made from gravel and they were very very sharp not safe for children at all, we also have cut ourselves a cupple of times. The resorts pool lacks sun because of the level of the buildings. Staff were prompt with our request and friendly. Overall I rate this resort 3stars good value for money and recommend the pool access room if your looking for nice and budget accommodation.	Highly recommendable I have booked with sawadee on many occasions. Prompt reply to emails easy booking system never had any troubles with my reservation at the resort. Will always book my Thailand holidays through sawadee

I asked them to contact Sawadee.com but they were pushing around. I contacted Sawadee.com and were told that i needed to pay. I think the adverstisement is misleading and intended to cheat.

Merete Lund Christiansen 2010-04-07	Baumanburi Resort and Spa, Patong Beach The room was very dark. We have a blown bulb and asked the reception for a new, but nothing happend at the 5 days we stayed at the hotel. I liked to be at the swimmingpool, but there was no sun before 11 o clock a.m.
Derek Lanthier 2010-01-07	Baumanburi Resort and Spa, Patong Beach The hotel was good and in a good location with a nice pool. But the breakfast was a little disappointing. It was unorganized and some of the staff were not very helpful. Plates were left to pile up and tables were not set after customers left. Rooms were fine and cleaned regularly, but there a few things in the room that needed fixing. Would I stay there again? Only if I couldn t find something better.	Sawadee.com were good cause they helped recommend an alternative if the hotel I wanted was full.
Ioannis Xiouras 2009-04-26	Baumanburi Resort and Spa, Patong Beach Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. Very clean and well maintained. Perhaps they have to do something about the TV reception because all the satelite channels are fuzzy and no free WiFi. I travel to Thailand every year and have stayed in Phuket half a dozen times and I am always happy with the people. I must say though this time was different for me and my wife. Most of the employees of the hotel were indifferent and as far as ignorant all around the premises of the hotel. I am going back next year but not staying in Baumanburi Resort. Sven Cederquist 2009-04-14	Baumanburi Resort and Spa, Patong Beach The hotel is a bit over priced concidering the ambiont, location and facilities. Service is medium good. Bar with entertainment doesn t exist and the food outlet is not much to shout about. I stayed with a group of 10 people under Phuket Bike Week Riders and we shifted to Baumanburi due to the fact that the hotel we use to sty at (for the last 4 years) is presently under renovation. That hotel is much better value for maoney which was the opinion of all others in my group.	The booking service was excellent and the shift from my previous booking to the one with Baumanburi went smoth.
