Ng Wai Yin 2010-06-15	Mercure Patong Beach, Patong Beach Our stay at Mercure from 12th to 15th June was indeed very enjoyable. We have two young kids with us and both enjoyed the KID ROOM very much. The hotel pool was big enough for hotel guest where you can relax. The room is great and the room is clean and neat. The morning breakfast has a variety of western and local food. The hotel location is very near to Hard Rock Cafe, next to Marriot hotel. Its a bit further from the main shopping area. So it is quiet. However in the day time, there is some construction going on behind the hotel. Although we can hear the noise but once you are in the room you do not really hear it. For this period, we got 3 nights for price of 2. So this is definitely value for money. All in all, I think it is worth it and our kids enjoy the stay very much.	Very efficient as always. Kudos. have used sawadee for 5 years already and service is maintained.

Room service needs little improvement and honestly need bigger TV than the one s which are placed. Breakfast was excellent and staff was	It was very convenient booking through sawadee.com. I suggest thatthe information or option for public taxis can also be added and just like the hotels even taxi service also can be offered to customers at discounted rates.
Leanne Gallagher 2010-03-22	Mercure Patong Beach, Patong Beach The Mecure was excellent. The staff were friendly, the Breakfast was very organised and had a huge variety which was all fresh. They had a dinner theme each night and most of them weren t expensive. The pool was cool and clean but there were not enough deck chairs. It was close to shopping and the night life only 5 minute walk to the beach. If staying here definately chose a room which overlooks the pool area, other rooms overlook a construction site and the markets.

Negative: 1.Internet slow and expensive 800 BHT for 24 hours. 2.Extra bed is 1500 BHT (very expensive) But for everything else 9 out of 10.	Very good. Reservation was easy. Very good customer service. I had some questions about reservation, they responded in less than 8 hours.
