sharon doble 2012-02-25	Patong Beach Hotel, Patong Beach Overall not satisfied with this hotel.THe bed was rock hard when I asked for an underlay to help make it softer I got a sheet underneath it.Weird toilet in a small room barely big enough for a person.Front desk manager extremely rude and ignorant.When I asked if there was a printer to print out boarding passes he said no.Fair enough but I asked someone else about half hour later and he was more than happy to help me.Front desk manager speaks abruptly to guests.They tried to charge us for mineral water we didnt use and made us feel like scabs when I said No we will not be paying.A bag of prawn shells was left outside the lift for 3 days and no one bothered to pick it up, we had to ask at 4pm for our room to be cleaned as it had not been done even though we were out all day.Would never stay here again.The front desk manager looked too busy applying his lipstick and eyeliner to bother helping his guests.	great booking service with sawadee.
Stephen John OSullivan 2010-07-14	Patong Beach Hotel, Patong Beach If you wish to visit Patong Beach, then the Patong Beach Hotel would be a good choice. Our room was newly re-furbished and very comfortable. Staff were always friendly and made local arrangements efficiently. Buffet breakfast included everything we wanted. Only thing I would be wary of is the renovation of the hotel and nightclub next door. When that s finished, it could get a bit noisy iin the wrong room.	Sawadee provided everything efficiently and in a timely manner. Only issue was the clarity of what we booked. Voucher said room only ... yet breakfast was included. Voucher just said Transport: $x . So, as the booking was made a long time ago, we didn t remember if we had booked transport both ways or not ... so had to book a taxi, just in case. There is no contact numbers on the vouchers ... so we couldn t confirm with Sawadee.
Hans Moller 2010-06-17	Patong Beach Hotel, Patong Beach Checke-out time is 12:00, but our flight to Kuala Lumpur was only 18:05!!! The hotel did not provide us with a late checke-out option, which we found very inconvienient!! A good WiFi facility would also be convienient!!!
Peter John Nicholson 2010-05-13	Patong Beach Hotel, Patong Beach This is not a visitor friendly hotel,even though I had paid for a double.There was no mention of this by either the hotel ad or the booking agent.Not impressed and would not return for this reason.	Not impressed that details of the hotels visitor policy was not mentioned by either hotel or booking agent.I would recomend sawadee for next booking prompt and proffesional.

Dupichot 2008-08-08 until 2008-08-12	Patong Beach Hotel, Patong Beach nice hotel but the staff is not efficient i booked a spa sunset room and didn t get it when arrived when leaving i had to pay lots of things unusual:drinking water in the room, some beverages in minibar i didn t get and telephone calls hotel made for calling a doctor( really unfair according to the fact i had 2 rooms and paid more than 10 000 bahts per day)

The rooms were quiet and well suited for travelers. The bathrooms were immaculate, the check-in service was great even though we arrived very late, and the check out service was above and beyond. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Patong Beach.	Easy to use, thank you!
Daniel B. 2007-05-17 until 2007-05-27	Patong Beach Hotel, Patong Beach Top Good things: 1. Nice rooms, great breakfast, and awesome pool! (recommend getting a pool side room, 1st floor). 2. Centrally located and an easy short walk to most stuff (2 minutes), including Bangla rd. 3. Friendly staff (most anyway) and willing to accomndate most needs. Bad things: 1. From mainstreet to hotel, you ll have to walk past the you want massagey?? Gets old quickly. 2. If you re a single male and want an impromtu guest , it s 3,000THB per night!! OVERALL, a very nice place to stay. Close to beach and action but far enough away for relaxing. Although I may try to stay at Baan Thai next time :) that place looked Awesome..closer to Starbucks and first flor rooms go from patio, step into private jacuzzi, then slide into the pool :)	Booked within 24 hours, as advertised...Very simple.
