Tan Meifang 2009-10-25	Sino House Hotel Apartment, Phuket Town The hotel is very clean and staff are helpful at all times. It takes around 8 mins walk to robinson. I enjoy the serenity within the vincinity. However, may not be easy to find taxi easily. The breakfast can be improved.	Fast and efficient

After 6days in Khao Lak and 6days in Koh Lanta with great hotels, great food and great service we choosed Sino House for the 2 last days. To be sure we got the best we booked a Suite. The suite was in really bad shape. Looks like it been over 10 years ago the renovated the room. The breakfast was a big joke. 1 sort of bread to choose from, the butter was damaged buy the heat. One peace of ham was left when we came to breakfast 9.00. 1 sort of juice who tasted terrible. And there was eggs and one meal to choose from. When we complaind the told us to talk to the minister and make up for that... but they didn´t do anything. They hardly understand english! If U book taxi from hotell they charge you extra and call a taxidriver they know who tries to fool you about the price all the time. One time we waited 45min after the time we booked. For 2000Baht I dont recommed this hotel at all. Not even if it cost 500Baht.	Great booking service
William Franklin Tiwow 2008-03-01 until 2008-03-04	Sino House Hotel Apartment, Phuket Town The hotel looks like an old Chinese – Portuguese villa, not a big hotel so not too many rooms, but with very nice ambiences and very well maintained facilities. Attached to the hotel you will find excellent spa and massage facilities. We received excellent service and assistance from the staff at all levels and had a very good breakfast in the morning on a terrace located on the flat roof of the hotel.	Very good and correct handling of the reservation.
Hiroyuki Fujita 2008-01-02 until 2008-01-04	Sino House Hotel Apartment, Phuket Town Feel good as the last time stay, kindly arranged taxi service to the airport requested the previous day of afternoon time with only 540 barts is acceptable price. Also the restaulant for the breakfast moved from ground floor to 5th floor is confortable. On the other hand, breakfast at morning time is just started preparation from 6:30 even the pre-announcement is breakfast: 6:30-10:30 . Hot cofee is available from around 6:45 on 4th Jan.	Pleasant and prompt processing for reservation as usual.

Service was really good and the staff was most helpful to my wife, who arrived before me and very early in the morning. If you really want to stay at a good Thai hotel in Phuket town, you should choose Sino House Apartment	Excellent
Tim Ballham 2007-04-17 until 2007-04-18	Sino House Hotel Apartment, Phuket Town This was our second visit to Sino House and probably our last. While the rooms are stylish and different to most hotels it is not enough to compensate for the 3 different kinds of noise (traffic, karaoke and air con) which made for an unpleasant night. Our first stay was in a quieter room but still traffic could be heard. If you stay hear you definitely want to insist on a room away from the road. Next time we go to Phuket Town we will return to the Metropole, which also has problems with karaoke/music, but if your room is high enough its not too bad.
