Jay Krish 2010-02-28	Sunset Mansion, Patong Beach Great place for bachelors and couples on a budget. The front desk staff are very helpful and accommodating. Room was quite clean, decent bathroom... comes with daily housekeeping. Walking distance to convenience stores. restaurants, massages. About 20 mins walk to Bang La road and 5 mins to the beach. Downside was the very steep staircase and the construction next door, which should end by July 2010. Not suitable for families.
Stephen Elves 2009-06-20	Sunset Mansion, Patong Beach Big comfortable room with kitchinette. Good laid back staff were helpful and willing to negotiate a good price, considering the low occupancy all over town. Nicely away from the action, yet short walk to the beach. Would stay there again, although this is unlikely as after travelling in provincial Thailand I was appalled by the commercialism and outrageous prises of Phuket. Might as well visit Surfers Paradice, Miami or the Costa Del Sol! The southern Thai are beautiful people tho. I rerckon the greed of the place will price them out of existance. I guess package holiday people who what to lay on a deck chair all day, know no differnet. This hotel was good value for the money
Luciana Saporetti 2008-12-26	Sunset Mansion, Patong Beach Very nice, clean big rooms inside. The exterior & where it s situated is really run down. Right on the smelly streets of Patong. Staff were quite friendly. Good value for money if you re not fussy about location. A 5 min. walk to the beach.	Brilliant
Emilio Benvenuto 2007-12-13 until 2007-12-23	Sunset Mansion, Patong Beach location is north of patong can walk to 15 min walk to centre and not far from beach i have stayed in patong severall times for me i know my way around easy for a first timer it might be a bit diffucult the tik tukt are not cheap these days.close to a lot of bars and restaurants i hire a motorbike through the hotel very good rate 200 bht a day. my room was a 1 bedroom suit very large area with kitchenett. tile floor very clean, alittle bit old and bathroom smell sometimes,very friendly staff,very helpfull also,you can use pool and gym at sunset beach residence free ,same owner	allways good
Hiew Chee Seng 2007-12-05 until 2007-12-08	Sunset Mansion, Patong Beach Very friendly staff and we make friends with some regular seasonal customer. We booked 9 rooms and 1 of the room air cond was faulty.As all the rooms were fully booked, they replace a room in a nearby hotel for the night while they fix it the next day.	Good and fast.

Its a little bit warn, and som of the rooms have a very strong smell of sigarettsmoke.They have bougth new plates in the restaurant since last time we visit them. It was better this time after we could change to a room without the smell of smoke	It is ok. I have use Sawadee many times and never had any problems. Exellent

Clean and rather big apartment, changing of sheets and towels every day. Nice people in the reception. No doubts about a second stay.	As always working perfect.
