Mr Brenton Daniel 2012-05-05	Woraburi Phuket Resort, Karon Beach I will NEVER!!! book this hotel again. We arrived and had booked a Poolside access cabana room. The room they allocated to us was right at the abck of the hotel and was not really a pool access room. We had the childrens swimming right at our balcony and then had to walk around this to get to the pool. If we were to sit on our balcony for some privacy we would not have had any apart from screaming children in the childrens pool. Not what you would like if you wanted to sleep in or have a rest during the afternoon. We attempted to solve this with the hotel staff who were not very accomodating at all. They wanted us to stay in the room then move to another room the next day but could not guarantee this would happen. We ended up checking out immediatley and were not able to get a refund. The hotel staff did not even help us to arrange a taxi or transport to another hotel that we ended up booking. I will never stay at this hotel again. Plus it is full of Russian Tourists who are the rudest people I have ever met in my life.	Booking was simple and easy. The problem we had was not Sawadee s problem it was the hotels. Sawadee did assist in offering another hotel at a discounted rate to assist us out of this issue. Very appreciative of that.

Mr Brenton Daniel 2012-04-17	Woraburi Phuket Resort, Karon Beach A very nice hotel located in Karon Beach. Great Facilities, Good Location. Some of the Russian Tourists are a bit arrogant though.	Booking servie was easy and no hassles.
Militsin Konstantin 2010-05-02	Woraburi Resort ?????? ? ???, Karon Beach Отдыхали в Woraburi с 15.04-02.05.Бронировали номер pool access.Гостиница неплохая, но по моему мнению в номерах нужен косметический ремонт, также полотенца и постельное белье слегка подустали. Когда нас поселили не было в номере балдахина над кроватью как на фотографии, когда мы бронировали.Убирали номер не очень хорошо, горничная то мыла не положит, то полотенца для пляжа.Но стоит только сказать об этом на ресепшене, так все сразу исправят в кратчайшие сроки.Вообще на ресепшене работает замечательный персонал, очень приветливые и внимательные, чем был приятно удивлен, так что мелкие недостатки в номере в процессе отдыха мы особо не замечали.Завтрак понравился, как ни странно даже не надоел. Были овощи, фрукты, катофель, разные сосиски, бекон жареный, тайская лапша, рис жареный и простой, яйца во всех проявлениях, также жарят вкусный омлет,оладьи, тосты и.т. д.Очень удобно, что каждый день из гостиницы в 12.30 дня и 7.00 вечера предоставляют машину, которая бесплатно возит до Патонга постояльцев живущих в Woraburi. Также хочу отметить, что расположение у гостиницы просто супер, все рядом, и море, и рестораны, прямо рядом вещевой базар.А Карон бич - это конечно уникальный пляж, просто любовь с первого взгляда. Вообщем Мы довольны, счастливы, и вам советуем.	Спасибо огромное Sawadee за отличную работу особенно Ms. Onne и Ms.Grace.

The hotel - is clean and elegant, ideally located it on the promenade. - offers wireless internet, the service is expensive and is of very poor quality. - breakfast buffet did not adjust for European guests. - offers fitness room, but it is not open in the morning or at night, only during the daytime when most guests are outdoors! - evening buffet is very nice. Nice pool area for those living in ground floor. There is no circulation in the pool! They not use the circulationspump to suck out oil and other things. Reception staffs speak poor English. After all, we can recommend the hotel.	Everything worked perfectly, including payment.

GOOD SERVICE AND FRIENDLY STAFF, ALTHOUGH STAFF DID NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH THAT WELL WE FOUND? FEW MINUTES TO A LOVELY BEACH AND CLOSE TO MARKETS AND RESTAURANTS, BETTER THAN STAYING IN THE BUSY PATONG AREA. OVERALL AN ENJOYABLE STAY	GREAT AND RELIABLE

xiaomin cao 2009-09-26	Woraburi Phuket Resort & Spa, Karon Beach very beautiful hotel, especially the big swimming pool. however, there is a problem with the door lock. on the first day, we left very early in the morning for a day trip. we double checked the door was locked before we left. when we came back at 7pm, the door was open but nothing lost. I called the front desk and they said that room had door lock problem before and gave us free room level up. I suggest future visitors check door locks before move in. The hot water in the second room is not quite stable. The people in the hotel are friendly and helpful.
Khun Atcharaporn Raatikainen 2009-06-05	Woraburi Phuket Resort & Spa, Karon Beach Hotel was very clean and it had perfect swimmingpool. Staff was very friendly and helping us with little boy all the time. I think this hotel also suits for people in wheelchair in addition to baby push chair, because there were ramps everywhere. Hotel taxi-service was expencive (1400 thb from airport), but instead that taxi from airport cost 500 baht. Everything else was good compared to price.	was working without problems.
