Justin Jenkins 2012-02-20	Al's Resort, Chaweng Beach Location is central and right next to tops supermarket. The room was next to the pool great for the kids to swim and us to keep an eye on them. The room had a bit of a leak oneday from the aircon but the staff were straight onto it and repaired it. Great spot to stay	4 time I have booked with them and as always very helpful and no problems.

shane scott 2010-06-02	Al's Resort, Chaweng Beach best position on beach.staff somewhat slow to deal with problems.asked for kettle and it took a day and half to get it.hot water in shower not working on arrival.again a day and a half to get fixed.house keeping staff brilliant.no aircon or fly screens in restuaraunt so flies all over food.easy check in and out.apart from position would not use again.security did nothing to shut up 12 noisy americans for 4 nights.just stood and watched as we sorted ourselves.	excellent

Pieter Greef 2010-04-11	Al's Resort, Chaweng Beach This has been my sixth visit to Thailand. First to Koh Samui.Ifound the hotel to be poor value for money. Everything, from check in to rooms to food and including service was extremely diappointing.There is a lot to be learnt from the industry in Phuket.Especially treatment of the customer.I experienced intolerance from management and staff.I got the feeling that I was viewed as being ignorant. I WILL reccommend Koh Samui as holiday destination. But I WILL NOT reccommend Al s Resort to my friends and colleagues.I am part of the travel industry, and expected so much more.	I have read with amazement the wonderful reports of previous clients. This particular agent did OK with this booking. Unfortunately I had a run in with another agent on a dispute about price on Ark Bar resort. This left me with poor views of the service provided. Once again I was made out to be the idiot when the agent clearly manipulated the facts.
South Africa 2010-04-01	Al's Resort, Chaweng Beach What a great stay, happily we made a good choice with Al s Resort. The location couldn t have been more perfect! The Resort itself needed a little TLC and the shower and toilet being together made things interesting...The supermarket at the entrance to the resort is a huge help and you can buy almost anything there at a very reasonable price (food, sunscreen, sodas, drinks etc). We used the spa at the resort too, great service and at a good rate. The jet skis for hire on the beach are real value for money. The ladies who sell fresh fruit and corn on the cob are certainly welcome, their produce are always fresh and delicious. Overall a great value for money resort.	Super easy!
