julie rosewarne 2012-03-14	Banana Fan Sea Samui, Chaweng Beach In some respects i was disappointed with this hotel. The service is good,staff friendly & willing to please. The location on the beach,althoug sea quite roughin that area.The rooms fairly small & basic & the hardest mattress i have ever slept on. The pool area was pleasant but the pool itself was awful really run down & the so called spas emerging from the water like two concrete bunkers. The position of the hotel lends itself to an infinity pool or a wonderful tropical pool.	I have booked with Sawadee each time i have holidayed in Thailand. Their prices are usually extremely favourable & it is also handy not having to pay the full amount up front.
Komogortsev 2012-02-21	Banana Fan Sea Samui, Chaweng Beach Very nice hotel, great area, a small bungalow, but has it all. Towels changed twice a day, all crisp white linens, beach clean, edistvenny drawback is the lack of umbrellas on the beach

The service is great and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.	The booking service is very efficient - also for transport from airport.

Rooms - awful, stuffy, could not breathe, it was as if someone had been smoking and the room had not been aired in ages, dusty curtains, they were burning insense and spraying with something that resembled bug spray!	excellent - refund (less one night charge) was promptly credited.
